Meet Carola

Carola Lueder has the kind of expertise, determination, and grit that any real estate client would be lucky to experience. Her sterling reputation has earned her much well-deserved recognition and a number of industry awards, proving that there is nothing Carola can’t accomplish in this business when she sets her mind to it.

 

Carola launched her real estate career in California, and when her manager warned that she might not receive a paycheck for up to two years, she rose to the challenge by selling her first 18-unit apartment building within six months. Carola soon superseded that milestone by closing deals on multi-family properties, hotels, and luxury estates, and she later launched her own agency to develop a boutique condo-hotel. 

 

From there, Carola’s visibility grew from her presence on various panels, with consulting positions and public speaking engagements. Her many accolades include winning the Gold and Silver Chairman’s Circle Award for several consecutive years and Commercial Realtor® of the Year in 2018 and 2019. The latter earned her further acknowledgment from the National Association of Realtors®, as she was one of only 11 agents in Florida to receive the honor. In addition to running Caviar Global Properties, Carola is an executive investment advisor for the Fort Lauderdale commercial division of a major real estate agency, and her vast real estate knowledge keeps her in demand as a public speaker and trainer, both locally and nationally. Carola also holds a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation to better serve her commercial and residential investment clients on a global scale. 

 

Originally from Kiel, Germany, Carola lived in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Laguna Beach, California, before moving to Pompano Beach, Florida, in 2006. She has a degree in business administration and human services. Her first career as a cosmetologist and makeup artist was followed by her passion for psychology. She oversaw adolescent outreach programs for numerous psychiatric hospitals before being promoted to vice president of national marketing. Carola began her real estate career after buying her own investments in 1990.

 

When she’s not with clients, Carola enjoys the outdoors, golfing, swimming, boating, music, traveling, and spending time with her three dogs. She highly values her community and serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Club, North Lauderdale Chapter, belongs to the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, supports Veterans of America, and is active in local programs that feed the homeless and clean up the beaches. Also a passionate advocate for children and animals, Carola donates her talents and resources to abuse prevention organizations.
